Im 20 yrs old, i already have a little size on me, but i got a beer gut.
I want to get cut, and strong, but dont really want to gain that much size.
Any suggestions on what i can take, im thinking winny?
if so what cycle?

please do some more research..just so you can get a better feeling for what you want to do...a winny only cycle is not what you want to do...lay your diet in the diet forum and your workout in the workout forum...make a cycle up yourself..then lay it out and we will critique it...

Try cleaning up your diet, you need to obtain more info on what you would like to do. Set a goal reach it, then set another, only way to get better...
