First Real Cycle - Gyno? or Just Mental?

I have been taking Sust 250 1cc E3D since the 5th of june and
25mg D-bol ED.

Just today my nipples feel kinda tingly, no soreness, not puffy that I can tell.
I'm wondering if this could be a sign of gyno.

Also I have plenty of Nolvadex and I am wondering the best dose to take.
I'm 24yrs old / 168lbs / 5'-11" / 8% BF.

Feel free to comment on the cycle too.
I have some good before pics, I will post up in a month or so. With current pics. I've only gained about 10lbs but I am way mored toned than I was.

What I have learned so far.
Steroids are not magic, you still gotta bust your ass for gains.
Diet is 70% of bodybuilding, my first week I saw nothing , changed my diet and bam starting gaining.

10 mg ED should be fine bro......i don't ignore the signs better to be safe than sorry......peace.

are you using nolva??
with the proper anti-es you won't have to worry about anything, you'll feel good mentally that there won't be gyno and incase signs do occurr you'll be able to take the proper percaustions to stop it

i get allot of mental **** when im juicing, best to add 10mgs of nolva ed just to be safe

I never realized it, but I wasn't eating near what I should, i would eat 3 or 4 meals a day and sometimes a snack. Now I am eating like a pig. Im eating like I always did but I slip in a 12" subway or a big can of tuna a couple times a day. I drink slim fasts and weight gainer and protein shakes (pretty much anything I can get my hands on) except junk food.

At first it was hard to eat a lot but now its like my stomach has grown and Im always hungry.I always try to eat something like a roasted chicken breast sub or a few others at subway, a few have 60+grams of protein.

Im suprised but my body fat % is dropping and my weight is increasing.
