eye twitching like crazy

seemingly since I went back on my 2nd run/week of the clen about one week in. My eyelids have been twitching off and on since I started back. Sometimes both at once, I can't tell you dudes how annoying it is. I am taking about 200mcg so far. I know thats high, and my hands are shaking and so are my legs. Right now my eye is not twitching. But give it a few minutes and it'll happen I'm sure.

Is it the clen .... or do I have cancer? or something.... sorry a wee bit hypochondriacal here

My eye twitches a ton when I don't get very much sleep after a couple of days...and with clen you don't get as much sleep plus it'll make you shake in general...hope it helps...rawhide

anyways yep you dudes are right! I have been taking taurine, and potassium but not enough, I have been taking about 4gs to 5gs of taurine ed and about 300gs of potassium, and some bananna's here and there.
