    Question Lifting post cycle

    I was thinking how should I workout while on Clomid post cycle? I heard that lifting should'nt be as heavy as it was during cycle. Just started clomid today.
    any suggestions or comments?

    Should be REAL heavy. More rest days rest, and less sets. I member last time I posted my post w/o routine, i got torn a new asshole. So I'll just say reduce lifting to four times a week, two body parts a day, 6-8 sets for small bodyparts, 9-10 for bigger parts.

    Shouldn't be in the gym for more than 45-50 minutes. NO CARDIO!
    That shit is sooooo catabolic, and that is the last thing you need at this point in time. Keep calories up, and you should hold onto a lot. How were the results and whatd ya take? Post some pics! If i can post my sorry ass, you can put yours up.

    My results were about 12-15 pounds. the weight was solid got leaner and bigger. my strength was more than my size.
