Mostly just anabolics but I think in one of his own books his favorite stack was primo and dbol , other than that deca , winny, maybe some test. Remeber they didnt need high doses becase **** then was legal so it was all legit. I thought the cadaver thing with him and lue was just a rumor? If not thats hardcore crazy.

I read his biography that was written around 1990 when predator was coming out. The sources in their (old training partners) said he used to swallow 9 dianabol tablets in one go with milk and start training. The book also went on to say he used dbol along with primo at the age of 13. Then again, you never know what to believe something that you've read.

he ate so much, like 4 steaks for breakfast for supplementation, remember, they didnt have whey protein like we do now, so they had to literally EAT all of their protein intake, instead of us now drinking a nice amount of it, hehe. i think that would suck having to eat that much. but then again, u would grow like crazy.......gotta go, got my 4 steaks ready for meal 1, hahaha, lata ya'll.

Ok. i just watched the video bio on arnold in pumping iron. He didn't even get lifting until 15, so there is no way he was using gear at 13.

i guy i knew that lived in texas growing up he told me he was on steroids in middle school because his middle school football coach gave them to him and told him to take them. that was one of the most f***ed up things i ever heard regarding AS use. middle school man, thats ridiculous.

I've said this a lot - Arnold lied about EVERYTHING when he competed. Check out some of his interviews and he always laughs about what he used to tell people about his supplements, his training, his diet, everything.
