    Help please!

    cycle plan
    1-12 eq 400 mg
    1-13 test e 400 mg

    stats/ 220 lbs 5'11 bf%? but can see upper abs

    want to lose about 5-8% bf and gain about 5-10 lbs of muscle
    need help on diet i need to use.

    i usually eat about 8 meals a day with alot of carbs and protein i and supplement flax 3 times daily

    i know i need to cut down but am scared to cut too much in fear of losing muscle

    slowly cut up and then u wont lose much muscle, eg gradually decrease ur caloric intake over a few months

    throw in some tren e it burns fat and will give lean mass and great strength gains

    check out the diet froum stickies bro, they have all the info u need on diet.

    u wont b able to lose 5-8% bf and gain 10 lbs muscle at bthe same time very easilt. id say maybe hit the cardio and get the diet in check for a couple mths then hit the cycle, just make sure ur diet is in check and u still do cardio 3x /week on cycle and u should b good to go.

    swap the test e with prop if u dont mind ED injections

    yea i dont mind ed injections

    also i have checked the stickies but those are strictly for dieting i am not 100% committed to dieting while on cycle b/c i want to gain some mass while dropping some body fat!
