I'm running sus and EQ 250 sus and 300 EQ every 4 days with the sus and every 5 day for the eq. I am 26 220 and I just got a pain running deep in my left leg. Almost like a cramp or charrly hourse! I was wondering if the juice did this. I was also doing shoulders today and I use my quads to get the bells up to me, and to get them on the way down.... Maybe I hit something in my leg when I was doing my workout.

Can you get leg pins from sus and EQ......
