1st time with Clembuterol..need help:)

Just got a bottle of Clem (Ventipulmin) and trying to figure the proper dosage to take.Great thread on the educational thread but dosage only covers pills & I have the 1ml .025 dosage.
How often should I take it throught the day?
Don't take before cardio??

Going to go with 1 week on 1 off(recommended by edu thread!)
I am about 170lbs with 11%-10% bodyfat trying to get down to 5% & 157lbs in 5 weeks.I workout on empty stomach(works 4 me!)
Clem before cardio would it hurt?????????

I personally like the one week on and one week off approach , but its hard to pyramid in only one week, assuming you are talking about clen..but for some reason you are spelling it 'clem' then you need to spread it out throughout the day, but dont take it within 6hour sof sleeping becuase clen could keep you up, it does give me insomnia at higher doses. What you want to do is start very low to see how your body reacts, assuming 1pill is 0.02mg or in your case 1ml is 0.025mg. Do one ml in the morning and one in the late afternoon (4pm), after 2 days do 2ml morning and 2ml afternoon for 3days, then the last two days go back down to one and one. Themn its one week off and when you start again go up to 2ml and 2ml for two days, then 3ml and 3ml for 3 days, and then down again to 2+2, keep going up like that man, good luck.

During the 1 week off,what if I used the Hydroxycut(ephedrine)??
Is it too much??
And Taurine,potassium?? should & how should I take it(dosage)

i am doing 2 on 2 off and its gettin ok!
u can make your own eca or ecy stack... somewhere (online supplement store) u can still find ephedrine!
clen can give u some breath problems, but if un dont get them, u can do cardio just after u take it!

200-500mg potassium a day. Depends on what your diet consists of.
