A few days into my PCT and I have a question. During the last weeks of my cycle I rean Tren/Winny/Prop to cut up and increased my cardio to 45 mins 4/5 times a week. Now that I am in PCT should I be doing that much cardio...still trying to cut up and get my abs out. They are starting to surface and I think I will get them to show in a few weeks. BUT I dont want to lose the gains I made this cycle. I am already down to 210 from my peak of 219is in mid cycle.
Suggestions.
PS Was doing Clen but stopped after two days...way too much shaking, way too bad headaches and I think my Kidneys were gettin hit hard...peeing like a MFer.
