Really, the half-life is so incredibly short that it wouldn't have any real benefit
I know that Olympic sprinters have used injectable ATP.
I said in the other post about it that it may be beneficial for like a 400-800m sprinter, but beyond that, it's worthles. A shorter sprint isn't really ATP-limited....a longer run won't matter, because the half-life of ATP is so short. For BBers, you'd need to inject between each set to make it even reasonably worthwhile.Quote:
