Misinformed and misguided...
Been into weight training for about 3 1/2 - 4 years now. Heard all the gm stories about the myths and fabels of steriods and growth. Just done a course of growth (4i.u.per day) for the last 8 weeks - lost bodyfat, gained a little lean mass but nothing spectacular. Just wanting some advice really:
I weigh just over 200lbs and have 6% bodyfat (lean parents - good genetics).
I train 5 days per week and lift heavy. Could anyone suggest a cycle that would increase lean mass and strength?
