    Starting third week and no gains yet

    Starting third week and not really noticed any weight gains however my energy and stamina is getting higher. Deca 300x1wk and sust 250x2mlwk

    ITs still pretty early in your cycle. How many times are you injecting sust per week?

    I think everyone will tell you that shooting sust EOD will show better gains. If you still havent seen gains in the next few weeks, you might want to try something different

    What does your DIET have to say in all this?

    I love how so many are focused on size/strength coming from cc's of fluid.

    WHERE'S THE MATERIALS TO BUILD??????

    Check your gear bro. My Sust kicked in after 2 weeks! I was shooting EOD! Absolutly no complaints!

    Perhaps you should have learned how to diet correctly before you began using anabolics. Had you done this, you would know how to run an effective cycle. Why not try learning how your body works before you go sticking needles into your ass...

    i have gained about 4 - 6 lbs i was under the impression I would see huge gains at the end of week two. My strength has grown as with energy but mass isnt really what i expected.

    You won't see any major gains till at least weeks 5-8 Sustanon 's 2 long lasting esters take a while to build up in the body, I personally don't know anybody that's seen (read ** SEEN **) a major visual difference in less then 4 weeks on Sust.

    I don't think you're that smart. You start a thread whining about your lack of gains and then don't even bring up your diet or training - by far the most important and critical aspects of a cycle.

    How old are you anyway, out of curiosity?

    But deca you should start to see after wk two correct? Dont get me wrong im seeing some swealing but was expecting alot more. my eating and workout habits are fine from what I have read. I will say im noticing the sust more than deca at this point due to energy levels. I am hopeing the Deca kicks in huge but then again I took the third shot Friday. I am switching over to eod on sust with contiunued use of 2 cc's. What happens if I up deca cc's a wk?

    2 wks. is still early for weight gains,but you should be noticing some strength and stamina gains as you say you are. By about wk. 4 you should start to gain a little weight if you are taking in enough calories,the deca will take about that long to start kicking in.

    Finally some reasurance. The calorie intake isnt a prob its the cutting out the fatty foods. But ill get it!

    I'm having trouble understanding this. Caloric intake IS the problem if you are struggling to gain weight. It's not rocket science...
