    help...

    So I just started 500mg/wk of test-250...and now I am working 8 hours a day doing landscaping...any ideas on how to handle this? I know I need to eat, what what would be best and when? Thanks guys...

    ummm- pack a lunch, bring a couple shakes, and dont forget the sunscreen

    I agree. I would definately drink one protein shake before you go to work, drink one on your lunch break and one after. Good luck

    I just started my first cycle, so I want to do as mucha s possible to maximize gains...and sweating my ass off for 8 hours in florida sun was not one of those ideas...i drink 2 gallons of water a day doing it, but dont want to **** anything up...i guess it is good in that its basically a ****load of cardio every day...open to any advice..

    bar b q the night before, steak chicken bring leftover spagetti, bananas, cottage cheese, protein shakes, tuna, unsweetened ice tea

    canned tuna or canned chicken breast is a great source of protein which is easy to take anywhere...also try supplementing some meal replacements in there.

    yeh dude i work 8-10 hours in the hot sun been doing it for 15 years just pack you lunch it is not that hard to just bring some cans of tuna,as for as the sweating drink plenty of water.And if you are already pretty lean i would suggest not doing any cardio if you are working hard in the sun,because yes you are right it is like doing cardio all day.
