Finnally Going to Try it
Hi, everyone I am new on this board and it looks like I can get some good opinions. I am going to try my first cycle. I was thinking about a Deca Whinny stack and that would be for the summer and then a few months later I would do D-bol and once done with that do some whinny before summer and that would be it. What do you think am I out of my mind or what ??? Just going on what I have heard guys taking over the years at the gym.

Deca w/out test = Rookie move.
D-bol alone = Yet another Rookie move.

D*mn another deca /winny cycle...Always use test as a base, you should do a test only for a first timer, but then again adding deca probably wont hurt, it will increase your risk for sides. Drop the Winny...RESEARCH Do a search for deca only a ton of info will come up...

Well it don't take long to get some opinions. I guess I really don't know as much as I thought. But keep the info coming any vitamin cycles would be nice. My goal is 225 at around 7-10 percent. I would really like to stay somewhat lean though.

if you wanna stay lean then dont run deca ! how bout a test only cycle or maybe add some EQ to it. also you need your anti e's and pct

How about a sound diet, cardio, and intelligent training approach?

I am down from 240lbs from rugby, so my diet is pretty sound, I think?? I am looking for a lean 220-230 not freaky cut but enough to see abs and s**t. I can get lean but I only weigh about 189 and I look sick. But I understand your thoughts Swolecat.

IF youre going to run anything, get some test and run that. That would be a great first cycle. Do a research on pct as well
