    Exclamation First Cycle Questions

    This is my first cycle. Been lifting for years.
    Starting weight was 217.
    Height 5'11''.
    Taking Test Depot 2cc week.
    Im in my third week of Test.
    Cylcle should last 12-14 weeks.
    I've got my Clomid ready to go.
    Weight up to 228.
    I'm thinking of adding D-Bol for 4-5 weeks.

    Questions?
    First week of Depot felt very energetic, this has lapsed. Normal?
    Stregth gains are continuing but slowing down. Normal?
    I am sore alot after workouts. Normal?
    Will the D-Bol get me the energy back again?
    How much D-Bol per week?

    Ok, well 1st off...welcome to AR and congrats on putting together a smart cycle! On to your concerns......

    You need to know that youre not going to really feel the full effects of the Test untill week 5 or so...You need to be taking an anti-e with this man, or you could very well grow a nice set of tits(liquidex works for me)...I love dbol , and Id say it'd be ok to add, but I go against the grain and only do 20mg/day...Id recommend the same to you...take one(5mg) every 4 hours or so. Yes, soreness is normal..if youre prone to it. Im on my 3rd cycle and still get sore.
    As far as the "energy" issue.....make sure youre eating right and sleeping right......you need 8ish hours a night. And dont over train!

    I don't have any anti-e! I didn't get Nolvadex with this cycle. My nipples haven't been sore and I have been watching out for it. Thanks for the reply, I was starting to think people didn't like me. I have been training in the following way:

    Monday - Chest
    Tues- Bi & Tri
    Wed - Back & Shoulders
    Thurs - Legs
    Fri - Chest

    I am a little overweight (15 lbs) so I have been eating well but not too much. I am adding a multi vitamin and a B-Complex. I drink 2 protein shakes a day mixed with water (whey). Would you add cardio and up the calories? What do you suggest. Thanks again for the help!

    Well gyno can sneak up on you...you dont always feel it coming!

    Why the heck are you training chest 2 times a week? Make it once.
    And arms after chest? No way you can give 100% on tri's having just done chest the day before! Here's my split..

    mon-shoulders
    tu-back
    wed-chest
    thur-legs/calves
    fri-bi/tri's

    I think 20-30min of cardio 1st thing in the morning on an EMPTY stomach 3 times a week will do you well.

    Drink your 1st shake of the day with milk(slightly slower digestion) and your pwo one with water.

    How many cals are you eating right now?

    Right now I am eating no more than 3000, it varies from day to day depending on my lunch. I like to eat 2800 but I get really hungry on some days. Most of what I eat is protien, I mix veggies and carbs with each meal. I don't eat junk and I don't drink. I think I may have a slow metabolism.

    Training chest twice a week sucks, my trainer gave me this routine. My joints hurt by the end of the week. I'm going to try your routine starting Monday.

    What do you think about the diet, add cardio and boost the calories?

    Your trainer is wrong. Add some glucosamine to your supps too...good for joints and such....I see youre a little older than I am, I shoot for 3500ish cals a day plus shakes..that will prob be fine for you.. eating is the hardest part of BBing youre going to find...and I already covered your cardio.

    Got the glucos.

    Just got back from GNC, picked up some glucosomice, milk thistle and some more protien. Is 1000/day of the glucosomine sufficient? I'll add the milk thistle when I start the D-Bol. I'm making the other changes you suggested, I'll keep you informed as I go. Thanks again!

    looks good bro, but get some nolva 10mg ed it's cheap........

    I would get some Nolvadex to have on hand if the nips start to get sore. And if you are going to add Dbol I would most definitly get some.

    hey , yea u need nolva on hand even if yiou aren't gyno prone, better safe than sorry

    and umm dbol for 4 weeks would be ok at say 30mg e/d

    glucosamine...i just got some of that toom i was gonna take 1500mg a day, although i keep reading mixed reviews, some say it works others say it doesnt

    I have been taking glucosamine 1500mg for probably 3 years. I worked great for me.

    Not joking here........I give my 15 year old lab/great dane mix 1000mg a day and it's seemed to help him get around better. He weighs about 85lbs

    Yea, its pretty much a matter of fact that it helps animals....I wonder why people dont take it that way for us?...I take 2k a day and love it.

    A lab/great dane mix? That sounds like a helluva mix!
