and what should i look for as far as gains go if i do take it?
Im adding Winny on the end of my cycle for the first time, I am doing it soley for the hardening purposes.
I'd put VAR at the cycles end before winny.The VAR will give you nice strength gains...I hate winny,so I guess I should say anything more.Quote:
