    wk3 tomorrow no real gains yet

    start 3rd week tomorrow and no real gains in mass or strength yet, taking test cyp at 500mg a week, eating around 3500 - 4000 calories a day possibly more somedays and drinking about 13 cups of water a day. Do you think its might be because i don't do any cardio? or is it too early to see any gains yet i mean i should have at least got a little bloated but nothing so far and i know that the gear is legit because a mate grew on exactly the same batch of gear.

    You'll start seeing a difference in the next couple weeks. It takes 3 or 4 to start seeing them.

    Cyp will be kicking in about 2 weeks from now bro.Just keep following your diet and keep training hard.

    2-bad diet
    3-bad exercise

    test cyp you,ll get acene....
    you should stack with deca
    then you will some gains
