    Number 2

    My second cycle ... how does it look?

    1-12 Test E 500 mgs
    1-10 Deca 300 mgs
    1-5 25 D-bol 25 mgs
    1-12 nolva
    14- 18 Clomid

    Putting on 20 lbs Realistic? I try to eat everything i could and train 6 days a week 2 body parts a day, takeing thursday off. I weigh 180, I dont consume as much protein as I should but i plan on fixing that by trying to get 300 grams of protein a day for 2 weeks before i start and keep going all the way though and after.

    I believe you need to run nolva longer than just til the end of your cycle. weeks 14-17 should be both nolva and clomid

    What was your first cycle? Run deca to week 11, dbol 4 weeks, nolva during PCT too. Is that 5 weeks of clomid?

    thats the way i would run it- make the dbol 35-40mg ed for 4 wks.
