2nd Cycle Advice

This will be my 2nd cycle - and after a bit of advice - am looking at:

500 mg Test Enanthate wks 1 - 10
300mg Deca wks 1-10
Nolvadex 10mg ED wks 1-14
Clomid wks 12-14

Im at 40yo, 5'11", 173# right now and hoping to get to 185#.

in my opinion you should run your test longer than your deca .

run the test to week 11 and then start pct week 13

Nolva isn't needed throughout a cycle unless you get symptoms of gyno imo. It is liver toxic, so why take it if it isn't needed? Keep it on hand and if your nipples get puffy then start at 20mg ed.

man, i have heard so many mixed signals about how to take Nolva. some say you should not go without it through the cycle, while others, like you, say take only on a 'as needed' basis. i, personally, think if one has the money, to go ahead and take it with the cycle. if not, then take as needed. just my humble opinion.
