    Quick Clen Questions

    Whats goin on fellas and gals...I have a question about my ECA/Clen cycle. I took my clen for 2 weeks, took 2 days off then took the ECA for 2 weeks. Now my question is should I wait 2 days then start my clen again or just start it tomorrow??

    Hope that makes sense...

    I was reading the clen handbook and I believe it said to take 2 days off then start the ECA after the clen...I thought I would try it with this cycle but when I did clen/eca before I didnt take any time in between. Anyways, thanks for the quick reply SC.

    True, it does say that because of clen 's 1/2 life. Usually it's rather short unless you are on some serious dosages.
