where and when to stick

i have just started my first cycle and had some questions about sticking. first when is the best time to stick. i work out after work (4:00) but have been sticking before work eight hours earlier. and have been sticking in the same place. i alternate cheaks.


oh yeah i am using test-D 250mg EOD and D-bol just cuz thats what i could get my hands on.

any info you guys could give would be great. thanks

well i just do it before i shower in the morning around 9-10am thats the best time for me..i just keep it around the same time each time i do it...i would switch to delts and use that as well as glutes...if the best time is then before work then thats fine...just vary shots if your doing eod shots...scar tissue will build up...use other sites as well..

thanks for the info. and i will shoot in my delt tomarrow morning but if i needed to shoot before bed would that be ok also.

I stick straight after a shower in the morning when the skin is still warm and clean. Rotate your sites or you'll get scar tissue build up. I found sticking at night made it hard for me to sleep at night, so mornings are the best.
