Hey fellow juicers.
I´m in day three of my PCT. THing is I´ve catched a pretty bad cold. Not feeling quite up to training at the moment due to the fever and all that ****. I realize that it will affect how much I will keep of my gains but are there any advices out there to help me out??

Take a couple days off, go nuts on Vitamin A,C, Zinc, and Euchinacea. Hopefully by then you will feel well enough to go to the gym.
Will do. Don´t want to loose most of my gains because of some stupid cold. Thanx for the advice Lozgod.

Rest, vitamin c, Zinc, tkae the vitamin c and zinc at seperate times of day. lots of water and lots of rest
Man it happend to me.... sucked ass. try to eat a lot. and train as much as you can, and sleep the rest of the time. recovery is way slower when your sick
B12 isn't an immune system booster, I think you had a placebo effect.Quote:
