i have heard that you have to be at a relatively low body fat for var to be really effective? how low is that because i dont wanna waste a boatload of cash on something that would be less effective at my current bf. thanks!

I have only heard that for masteron not var
around the 10% range give or take...... it will help with some fat loss but not enough if your bf is high.
body fat shouldnt effect the strength gains from var....Right just the abdominal fat loss properties that is touted

It will increase your strength significantly, but I would not count on losing much fat from it without diet/cardio.
It depends on where you hold most of the bf......... but if a lot of it is in your stomach then don't count on it shedding that much........ You could try dieting through your cycle and if you think your bf is low enough to run it then add it.Quote:

Is var good for muscle retention while doing cardio?Quote:

glad to hear it worked for you girl, I am gonna run it 10 weeks during basketball season so lots of cardio. Hopefully I'll go from 9% bf to 6% bf!!! Hopefully
Good luck...working towards about 11 percent for myself...give or takeQuote:

Var supresses appetite a bit and var increases your uptake of creatine to effect more muscle strength and hardness. There is no synergism between var and cardio if thats what you mean.Quote:

Even if you pig out and get fat using var - you will still get strength gains
Are the effects of var similar to creatine in any way? I would hope that its a lot better....Quote:
