NEWBIE...First cycle advice - Sust 250++

Ok bro's,

i know this cycle is a very weak one compared to the ones that many of you all take, but it's all i've got. i want to basically test my body out to see how i react before any future cycles i may take. i have never done AS before and will start my new cycle soon. i'd prefer NOT to stack AS on my first cycle.

here is the cycle i will be on(i only have 10 1ml vials of sust 250):

Week 1: 1 ml Sust 250
Week 2: 1 ml Sust 250
Week 3: 1 ml Sust 250
Week 4: 1 ml Sust 250
Week 5: 1 ml Sust 250
Week 6: 1 ml Sust 250
Week 7: 1 ml Sust 250
Week 8: 1 ml Sust 250
Week 9: 1 ml Sust 250
Week 10: 1 ml Sust 250

My question to you all is "where would clen, proviron, and nolvadex fit in and at what doses?"
i have acess to these, i just don't know how much to buy and at what dosage.

Also "Do i need to shorten my cycle to 8 weeks and double dose on weeks 4 and 5 perhaps?"

any help would truly be appreciated.

just thought of something....what if i ran ,say, .50 mg of arimidex ED throughout my cycle...could this replace nolva/clen/clomid?

Will replace Nolva. Clomid it REQUIRED post cycle and clen is for fat loss. Hope this helps.

if you were gonna shorten it, i would shorten it to seven weeks and take one shot on every 5th day. you will need 36 50mg clomid pills. as for the nolv, only take it if you need it, but i'm not sure how much you should buy. there's a chance you may need 30mg ED (but hopefully not)

A few of my friends have done Sus only cycles, but with 500mg in weeks 4,5 and 6, gained about 15lbs, so I wouldn't say that it's too bad. I know all their diets were pretty sh*tty too.

Yeah, some kid (talked about this guy before) did a Sus250 cycle, taking 500mg/week of just Sus, and this guy didn't even have any nolvadex OR take any clomid after his cycle. He gained about 30 pounds or so throughout the cycle, and kept about a solid 10 pounds of it. He was also shooting insulin, but for a very short time (was almost passing out during workouts, so he stopped).

not a bad idea. you tend to not gain AS much as you would if you didnt take it. But its not a huge difference. Isnt it worth not gettin bitch tits. :)

Damn, bro a sustanon only cycle is going to suck for you. Those dosages are very conservative. You need something to solidify those gains! I suggest adding d-bol and winstrol. This would be good for your first time. Take Arimidex everyday. You have to wait 2 weeks after last sustanon injection to take clomid, because the sustanon is still active in your system. Take 300mg of Clomid the first day of begining the clomid and 100mg ED for the rest of that week.

Taking the arimidex will help reduce water retention, and help the winstrol in keeping most of your gains.
