    Var is kickin in

    Im impressed at how the British Dragon Var is kicking in.

    This is night 9 at 40mg ED. Tonight I experienced a strength spurt like never before. I was carefull not to throw on 30 more # for every lift. What I did instead was just max out on reps and do more sets and even added a few new exercises.

    Really wanted to go for personal max but I know thats a good way to snap a tendon.

    Advice to others who experience a strength spurt. Dont try to make a big gain in poundages. Alway make small weight incerments and just do more reps. Escpecially if you are older.

    Are you just bridging with it or running a full
    cycle? I thought you just came off a cycle?

    see sig - im running it fornt end and tehn back end with a break in between

    yeah i did come off a cycle - I cut it a bit short and then did 2 weeks of PCT. Blood work was all greens so I started the one in my sig and am really growing.

    Yeah man Var is really good stuff.. there is no doubt that it gives strength. It also give a hard chisleled look to muscles..even mine that are still covered in a little layer of fat. This stuff really works

    I completely agree Urban Dawg, I have popped a rib out of my sternum from trying to push some crazy weight on Test/deca /dbol .

    I would like to ask urban what is your anavar like compared to other orals. more weight gain?? More strength gain???? What??? My impression is that they mainly for good quality weight gain with little or no side effects.

    can i run var at the end of a 12 week test e/eq cycle? say weeks 4 to 12 @40mg ed?

    yes u can, but ask for more advice coz i think u should use it wks 7/8-15, till day before ur planned pct!

    all i can say right now is STRENGTH but I also notice a slight hardness look and can see veins a bit more. in only 9 days too.

    yes it is man, have been doing my homework for quite some time now though. i think im ready. all ive got under my belt is an m1t cycle i know people have said to do a test e only cycle but i think i can either add var or eq to the mix.

    I certainly agree about being carefull not lifting to much just because you have a big ego that day. But there is a catch 22 here too. The time to attempt ones 1 RM you must be MENTALLY READY & feel strong. This may be the time to do it. However, use a spotter & strict form. The down side is after you successfully complete it thats great, but following the cycle during natuall conditions you may never get that 1RM again. But maybe who cares at least you did it once for bragging rights LOL!

    ?-14wk var 35mg ed (it is up to when to start the var. usually 6-8weeks but end it right before pct.

    i am going to do the exact same cycle very soon. it is going to be my first but i am hesitant only b/c it seems a bit much for a first cycle. i think i might leave the var or the eq out. i am pushing towards just test and var only. i have talked with some peeps and they did wonders on just test for the first time. cheaper too!! peace

    bro im in the same boat as you. i may be getting a bit too ambitious. would you know the difference in terms of apperance/effect of a test e/eq only cycle VS. test e/eq/var cycle? you think adding the var would have noticable differences vs. the test e/eq? i have to decide before august!

    Keep watching that midsection get leaner, UrbanDawg. And those muscles get stronger. That stuff works great even all by itself...

    Hello fellow bro's

    Funny, I'm on the same cycle Test E/Eq/Var(QV) right now and I'm fuching loving it. My strength is out of control right now. I did however get a little scare last monday when I put up 365lb for 3 on the incline. On my last rep I felt a sharp pain in my shoulder. It's still a little sore, but I probably won't do that again for a couple more weeks. Your ego and confidence in lifting heavy definatley kicks in with var. Anywhew, I have actually gained around 8 lbs since I started the var 3 weeks ago. I think it's because of the increase in heavy weight lifting and the final peak of the Test. I don't know what I'd do without var!

    so far Var is the only oral I like. I trid Dbol and hated the high bp, back pumps etc.

    i have not tried any others

    be real careful on that shoulder i had the exact same thing hapen when my test kicked in. Now I dont go under 10 reps because if I go heavier I fell that tendon.

    Thats why im taking Deca EQ and Var - grow those tendons

    haven't come close since... but i am on a different program now.......

    my previous max was 325... so that's still a big jump...

    so the end conclusion is 325 probably wasn't my max to start with... it's all in the head..

    on var, i just never seemed to stop adding.. lucky i didn't tear a rotor..

    love that stuff...........

    whoa - you went 325 to 525 ?

    how long were you on Var? What was your dosage ? What other drugs ?

    does Var boost the immune system ?

    any posts on that anywhere ? I ve never read that and I am really hoping it is true.
