    How is this for a first cycle?

    wk 1-4 dbol @ 35mg ed
    wk 1-10 test e @ 500mg ew

    How is that for a first cycle? I am trying to put on MEGA mass.

    Stats: 5'8 1/2 150lbs.

    You know what, if you are hellbent on doing a cycle that is your business and up to you to live with the consequences. That would be a perfect first cycle for a 23 year old man.

    I really appreciate your caring bro...but I'm tired of being skinny. I know this is no miracle drug but it can definitely help me.

    Food, rest, and heavy weights will bulk you up like a mother ****er. You dont need steroids .

    oh I know...but it took me 3 years to get up to 150. I used to weigh 120. I don't wanna wait another 3 years to get up to 180. And I ate and trained like a mother phucker. And got plenty of rest as well.

    Well if you think steroids are gonna put 30 pounds on you in a 12 week cycle I got news for you. Aint happening.

    I wish someone would ban this 17 yr old lazy punk if he keeps this up......Im getting tired of seeing his threads.

    Im so sure you ate and trained balls to the wall for 3 years straight... So what are your lifts? Even at 150lbs you have to have decent strength after 3 straight years....lets see.....

    bench press---85lbs (incl bar weight)
    dead lift---yea right!
    squat---you probably never even tried one.

    Im going to give you this advice, its the truest thing youre going to ever read, and if you follow it youll gain faster than ever before in your life...and faster than your friends too.(keep in mind that you have as much Test in you at your age as I probably do when Im on cycle.....so youre basically on cycle right now! Thats why it would be so damaging to add hormones to your growing body)

    Go buy a powerlifting book and stay on the powerlifting area of this site.

    Forget about just about all machine exercises.

    Strive to get your lifts up each month...keeping a detailed journal...

    Now the hard part.......eating!

    You need to eat something every 2 hours...and wake up mid way through sleep and eat....

    I dont really care what you eat either...as long as its food and not sweets.

    Shakes are great too, but 2 a day is plenty.

    Tell your parents that you really want to dedicate yourself to BBing and to please buy all of the groceries that youll be needing.....

    Im talking about a pound of turkey/roast beef/ or ham EVERY DAY!

    Penut butter and jellies are great too....and cheap. Eggs are the best, and eat the whole thing....4-8 a day!

    Boil enough (or have mom do it) pasta or rice to last the week....

    This is your new job......eating.

    And for f^cks sake...sleep your azz off! Take naps too.....

    You dont have to like it..........you just have to do it.
