    Misinformed and misguided...

    Been into weight training for about 3 1/2 - 4 years now. Heard all the gm stories about the myths and fabels of steriods and growth. Just done a course of growth (4i.u.per day) for the last 8 weeks - lost bodyfat, gained a little lean mass but nothing spectacular. Just wanting some advice really:
    I weigh just over 200lbs and have 6% bodyfat (lean parents - good genetics).
    I train 5 days per week and lift heavy. Could anyone suggest a cycle that would increase lean mass and strength?

    did a cycle of Deca 3 months ago - 2ml twice a week
    This had little effect really...
    Just getting into the bodybuilding seriously over the last year - prior to that I played pro rugby and as such was open to far to many drug tests.

    deca alone is a crap cycle but anyway gh needs to be run for a long time mate

    lean mass and strength, hmm

    test/fina/eq

    make a rough cycle and we can critique it

    if you stay that lean and have genetics like you say anything you take will probably just put lean mass on you with the exception of water bloat depending on what you decide to take.But i would say winny/prop.

    If you're an athlete and want to maintain your bf and high power/weight ratio i might suggest prop/var. 80mg prop ed and 40-60var +10nolva. Throw some provirion in there if you want and be sure to do proper pct

    what about one of these two cycles:

    Win - 50mg every other day
    prop - 100mg every other day
    (was going to suggest mixing the two together but don't think that would work would it!)

    or

    eq - 50mg taken every other day
    fina - not sure on the quantity here (but to be run for 5 weeks)
    test - 100mg every other day

    If i was to continue GH over a long period at 4 i.u. (at 2 day intervals) whilst running one of these cycle, would i geta better effect?

    Not to fused about pro sport anymore - concentrating on the best sport anyone can do... bodybuilding!

    Looking to get to around 230lbs @ 8 - 9 % bf (i'm 5'11" tall) - as a long term goal

    if you are going to do the first one do the winny everyday. and on the second you don't need to shoot eq everyday i would go twice a wk. about 400mg total,fina first time 75mg ed or 150 eod should be enough.

    I like the first one, with the Winny ED. How long are you gonna run the cycle and what are your anti-E and PCT plans

    not really sure about the PCT plans - gonna think of that nearer the time.
    Looking to running the cycle for 8 - 10 weeks. Most probably 8 weeks as that gives me time to get through the PCT before my holidays abroad.
    Will post some before and after pictures in the near future.

    What do you suggest for the PCT?

    adding test to that cycle would have made a big differance? try adding prop or even using prop by itself. 100mg eod and eating lean and clean should get you some good gains IMO.

    Hey, War Cry!

    I would save those longer ester's, for longer cycles! If you want to just stick with a 8-12 weeker. Shorter esters would give you much more pleasing results!

    Try researching this:

    D-bol: 40mg or 50mg / day / weeks 1-6
    Tren : 100mg / eod / weeks 1-12
    prop: 100mg / eod / weeks 1-12
    winny 50mg / day / weeks 6-12

    If you feel comfortable taking orals. I would suggest taking LiverAid, Milk Thisle, ect.

    If not, just up the Tren and prop doses!
