Recuperation finally complete from an 8 month cycle

It took me 15 weeks to recuperate completely. Just came back from the endocrinologists office; all levels are back to normal bio available test etc.

So, thanks to the members of these boards that gave me advice all along the recuperation.

My gains should be much better this cycle as well as the recuperation since I'm only going for 3 months. After much careful research and reading I had planned it like this:

Test 5-600mgs/week. Split mon/thu week 1-13
Deca 4-500mgs/week. Split mo/thu week 1-13
Winstrol injectable 50mgs ed week 10-13

I will increase my protein to 200-300 grams per day and work out 5 days a week with cardio afterwards every other workout.
I would apprechiate any input anyone has. Since this will be my second cycle I feel much more confident but realize the value of advice from experienced minds.

yeah run the test atleast 1 week past the deca

The previous cycle was Test E & C 600mgs/wk for about 8 months I ran deca @ 400mgs/week in there for about a month mid cycle.
Pct consisted of nolva and clomid for 3 weeks. In retrospect I should have run pct longer.
