Well its just like every other drug, dont over dose on it unless you know what you're doing and you know you can handle it. You can cause severe damage to yourself if you take too much too soon. Might want to post this in the supplement forum, they know more about it.
if you are below 200lbs 5mg twice a day should be more than enough. if you are over 200lbs then take 15mgs a day split up.
bro 10mgs for the first week...then up it to 15mgs on the seconds ...lethargy is going to be a big role with m1t...but your strength gains and weight will be good...sometimes great...if you get headaches or cant stand it on 15mgs then drop back down to 10mgs and just do it for the rest of the cycle...only cycle it for 3-4weeks no more..and pct afterwards..
