    Suggestions on stack?

    Stats-
    5’11
    217

    Brief bio-
    First stack in 2 years, but a have done a few stacks in the past.

    Goal-
    Put on muscle, then cut off the excess fat.

    I figured on taking it easy my first time back in 2 years.
    20mg of Dbol 1-4 wk
    600 ml of test cyp 1-8 wk e4d
    Nolva on hand, will run at the end of the stack and PCT.
    Plan to lean up by running a Clen & ECA stack for 8wks, beginning PCT

    *** I am 2 weeks in on the cycle and went from 204 to 217.
    I must admit that I was cutting before the cycle, a sub- Atkins protein diet.

    I am eating a lot, maybe to much because I am gaining weight in the belly, but it might be h2o bloating?

    Any Advice is much appreciated.

    if your worried about bloating then run the nolva 10mg ed and liquidex .25 mg ED. also 600ml's of test a week is alot!! i think you mean 600mg

    Thanks for the input C. I will start on the Nolva today. And yes, you are right on the cyp.

    ***a buddy of mine told me I should be doing 800mg cyp a week, which once I researched, I thought was way too high, being that I am just starting back. I should have started out at 400mg instead 600mg. Would it hurt to drop the dosage? Or should I just stay at 600mg?

    You're only in week 2,so you can leave the dose the same or drop it down 100 mgs.Your choice bro.

    It won't make a huge difference if you drop it 100mgs now.... But I wouldn't drop it further then that... Actually if it was me I would leave it, but use 600mg next time I cycled as well...

    If you think you are gaining fat, then try to eat cleaner foods and not too much crap... Also you could add a little bit of cardio, maybe 20 mins 3 days a week, low intensity...

    Now.... You say your going to start cutting down during PCT using clen and ECA.... DO NOT DO THAT! If you try to cut bodyfat at that time by reducing calories, adding cardio, and adding fat loss compounds such as clen and ECA then you will ultimately lose the muscle you have gained from the bulking cycle you just went through.... During PCT you need to eat as much or more then during bulking, and you need to keep lifting heavy and hard. This is the best way to try and maintain without the gear you were just on. Plus your body is trying to get it's test back to normal.... You need to give your body at least a full month with PCT before you consider trying to cut bodyfat.

    One last thing, I would run that cycle 10 weeks at least, not 8.
