new to this game..help??
Been lurking/reading for a couple of weeks, lots of good info..brain overloaded anyway, I appreciate any helpful advice you can offer. First time cycle coming up will use test prop. -300mg/week for 10 weeks sound ok? EOD injections.Tamoxifen and clomiphene are on the way. Been lifting for a few years(40 years old,6'2" 255#)and need a little extra help in my old age. Flame away if I sound like a dumbass, but please, include an answer with the abuse Thanks.....................

A test only cycle is a great first cycle. Many will say use enanthate or cyp simply because the eod or ed injects can be quite a pain. How do you know you wont absolutely hate it? Either way, as long as you dont mind the injection freq. then prop is great. I would up it to 400-500mg a week.

Also, make sure you have your nolva and clomid before you start.
How do you plan on using your nolva and clomid

If you are using prop you will begin right after your last injection. It is a short ester and clears the system faster than cyp or e. The typical pct is as follows
CLOMID: Day 1-300mg, day2-11 100mg day12-21 50mg
NOLVA: 20 mg ed
I like to take nolva 10mg ed throughout my cycle, however, at least make sure you have it on hand to combat any estrogen related sides.

Thanks, I'm getting too old to end up with t*ts and risk losing the muscle I have

Yeah, that is why i suggest 10mg nolva ed. I would rather prevent the problem than solve it when it arrives

I take nolva 10mg ed throughout the whole cycle and then bump it to 20mg during pct. If you start to get gyno up it to 60mg ed until symptoms disappear and then go down to 20mg ed.
A pretty good rule is time on=time off minimum. The best way is to have your bloodwork done and start when things return to normal

Sounds good, annual bloodwork comes up in Sept...appreciate the help
