to much or not enough

Hello people,, I'm 30 and have been working out for a few years now. I use to way 128 pounds and my height is 5`7. Since I have been working out I have gone up to 160 pounds. Im still way to skinny I think. I have well muscle definition. I have 1400mg of deca. Since im such a small framed person and I have also read on her to do 1-2 mg of your body weight would this cycle work..Idont want to cycle with anything else right now.I would be happy if I could put 5 pounds on with this cycle.The reason I want to do a little is I already have slight gyno and I have never used any roids before and I dont want to have to worry about deca dick. thanks for your help. ps. For some of you guys that are going to write (do some reasearch) dont respond because I have done research and I havent got all the info I wanted..

That's not enough. Do 400mg a week for 8 weeks and stack it with something depending on your goals.

Well bro, since you've done your research you should know that a LITTLE is going to do sh**!! If you stack with winny you won't have to worry about deca gyno and DD. And if you'll be happy with just 5 pounds off a deca only cycle, just imagine adding winstrol( not the best choice but it help against deca gyno and DD) and coming off with 25 lbs. Oh ya....DON'T FORGET THE CLOMID!!;)

the common winny and deca combo is not as effective as most ppl think... check out Mike's thread on progesterone unveiled, very complex issue, if I were you skinny i would play it safe and maybe consider a different drug.

You won't be happy with that, that's if you even see any gains off of it.

It might help to just increase the cals if all you want is five pounds...

If your intention is to gain 5 lbs. you won't IMO need the gear...Alot of proteing and carb will help you to gain 5lbs...But if you decide to go with Deca only cycle and worried about gyno, take arimadex with your Deca...Also make sure you run the clomid afterwards....

I really think it's not enough,if u want maxi gains u should stack it with Dbol for about 8 weeks, use arimidex against water retention and DON'T FORGET clomid at the end of your cycle!!

skinny guy when i did my 1st cycle
my weight was 125 5'8 33 2yrs ago.
after cycle i gained 15lbs,
i did 300deca 6 weeks
200mg test 8weeks
200mg primo 6 weeks.
it wasn't to bad, bcuz i gained some lbs,
but from the experience i have now, this cycle
is no good at all.

you can do:

sust500mg for 8 to 10 weeks
deca or EQ 400 or 600mg 8 to 10weeks
d-bol 30 or 40mg for 6 to 8 weeks.
take your time bro plan good before you start
