1st let me say im not a dr. Im familiar alittle as my older sister has taken many meds for depression. What I can tell you is most of those meds will/can raise your BP. Your kidneys & liver are possibly affected also. They can also affect weight via the thyroid. I would advise your friend NOT take clen. This could be a serious issue & he needs a specialist for proper guidance good luck. P.s does he workout? Studies have shown exercise can raise test & hgh levels and perhaps his serotonin. Just a thought
