1st let me say im not a dr. Im familiar alittle as my older sister has taken many meds for depression. What I can tell you is most of those meds will/can raise your BP. Your kidneys & liver are possibly affected also. They can also affect weight via the thyroid. I would advise your friend NOT take clen . This could be a serious issue & he needs a specialist for proper guidance good luck. P.s does he workout? Studies have shown exercise can raise test & hgh levels and perhaps his serotonin. Just a thought

Just to clarify, so i don't send the wrong message, I'm not yet a Dr.

I definitely wouldn't recommend it. Clen indirectly increases the release of norep., and effexor prevents its breakdown. I would have no idea how to factor that in to the dosing of the clen, as the effexor would magnify it's potency manyfold, which is obviously very dangerous.
