try chasing it w some orange juice (about 1 drink) read that on someones post the other day, dont remember who. anyways, works like a charm
suck it up and drink it. hahah
i cant take the taste either. I dry heaved the first time i drank it. Mix it with oj and you will be great
I'm using gel cups. Works fine for me:-)
