I am starting to plan my next cycle and was just looking to get some input. I am looking to increase my strength and explosiveness for football. I plan on doing a lot of plyo's and some short sprint work as well. I do not want to put on to much weight maybe 10-15 lbs. at the most. Tell me what you think
