i took creatine for a few months then stoped when i started my test cycle, im in my 5th week and this test is making me lathargic like many ppl have stated, creatine gave me a boost of energy to workout, but make me hold water, is it wise to start taking creatine? or would i get 2 bloated, or should i wait till after my cyc? or not use it at all? thanks
