    Combine creatine with my test cyc?

    i took creatine for a few months then stoped when i started my test cycle, im in my 5th week and this test is making me lathargic like many ppl have stated, creatine gave me a boost of energy to workout, but make me hold water, is it wise to start taking creatine? or would i get 2 bloated, or should i wait till after my cyc? or not use it at all? thanks

    personally i would wait until pct that way it will help you keep more gains

    I have to slightly disagree ,respectively. How do you know its the creatine giving you water bloat?? How much are you taking? 2-3 gr is not for the most part give excessive water. If you say it gives you a energy boost why stop?? This is the time in the gym you most need it. Perhaps its placebo effect. Evan so continue. If you are taking high amounts ,reduce appropriately. So when it comes to PCT you do not need to load as your levels are there.

    I would start the creatine 2 weeks before you will be done with your cycle to maybe keep some of your gains..
