my strength is alive and kicken again fellaz!
well hot ****, its been 5 months since i started my first cycle. was a 12 weeker, gained some off of it, if anyone remembers though, i ran no pct so i lost alot of strength, plus half the mass i had. im starting to gain weight again though so im happy as fudge, little fat is coming with it but **** it.
with hard work, and losing my spotter, i managed to bring my strength back up to where it was naturally!
today was chest/tri day, which is the most important day for me. i am back to hossing it at the dip rack. weighted dips with 175 feels good as ****kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk......
im just happy as a mother right now, i thought id share it with any1 who cares. :lift: :lift: :lift:
