    Question D-bol Gains?

    MY friend is worried hes not gonna make ne gains off of a 6 week cycle of
    d-bol alone. I keep telling him he should expect around 15 maybe 20lbs but maybe im wrong what kinda gains should he expect with a resonable diet and good training?

    Id say 10 -20lbs depending on his natural size, diet and lifting itensity.

    Sure, he'll get AWESOME gains if his diet and training are in check but he's gonna lose most of it since he is running d bol alone! Trust me, I KNOW! I did 2 of those cycles in my pre AR days and lost every single pound I gained!

    run test if you want to keep those gains dbol can give awesome gains only if you do it right

    dbol alone will be almost pure water weight.. you would probably lose it.. feel great during those 6 weeks.. but it will go away quickly

    test should be used in every cycle.

    No,..this kid doesnt need test.....Id go with some deca ...

    erm dbol /deca ...not a good cycle

    all cycles need test , test is a base

    I've gained about 15lbs on dbol so far, test is just starting to kick in
