anybody know if it's legal to buy,posses or sell steroids in puerto rico?
i know it's a commonwealth of the u.s. but i don't know if they have the same laws regarding steroids.

i'm thinking that also,but i read an old thread that said you can get them with or without a prescription. the thread was from 2002 so things may have changed since then.
