Ok I have some T3 and I'm ready to use it... I bought some different stuff for my thyroid recovery too. I believe I want to do the 7on 5 off cycling... for recovery I have my EFA's that I already take... sea kelp, L-tyrosine, and Coleus forskolii. WHEN do I take these??? durring the cycle, after, or both? How much? How many times a day? Is it safe for my girlfriend to take them too? I would really appreciate advice from someone that really knows a lot about them. How dramatic CAN my results be... I need to be lean by the end of the month and I'm .... kinda chubby... O and I'm taking Test E. right now and I know that causes more fat gain but I can still use these at the same times right???
