What's the proper calorie intake while on cycle to gain more mass?
I'm on my second cycle 1 week in; 600test 400deca/wk I don't think I gained enough during my first cycle, certainly didn't keep much of the gains.
I shoot for about 500gr carbs, 3-400 gms of protein and 50 gr of fat. That adds up to about 4000 calories daily spread over 5-6 meals. That should be enough?

I did gain about 10 lbs of good solid mass minimum. I kept at least 5 lbs. And my strength went down maybe 20lbs on the bench after the cycle. Am I expecting too much?
