Well you don't *need* to supplement with T3 at all. I wouldn't really worry about it, DNP doesn't shut down your thyroid. It just stops conversion of T4-T3 while it's present in your system, once it's out the conversion goes right back to normal.

Wait so you're saying its OK for me to be on 200/mg day for lets say 30 days straights without ANY T3 or T2?

what % are you now? I want to get to 8% before I give it a run... that way I can be freakin ripped ... 1.5% to go, and I still dont do cardio. and I havent used clen in two months
