    cardio/steriods?

    hey guys

im on the end of a 10 week test enath cycle

im on week 9, i was thinking about adding cardio to my routine to lose some fat, is it ok if I do cardio for 30 mins, 3 times a week, when I just get up, like before I eat anything, will I lose fat the best this way?

Should have been doing cardio throughout the entire cycle. Runners and jumpers, etc have all noticed equally enhanced performance in their sport as do the body builders. Along with this, enhanced fat burning, development of stamina, improvements in the heart and also you maintain much better cholesterol pictures when on steroids doing cardio and weight training combined as opposed to no cardio.

SV-1, 45mins 65-75% of ur max hr throughout? is that not quite a lot

a lot of people seem to do 15-30 mins HIIT style and achieve good results

    45mins would burn muscle?

For pure fat loss this is the best way and no it wont burn muscle. Go down to the diet forum, there are many threads about this.

There are many other threads but here's a good one to start. Pay very close attention to what SwoleCat says, because he knows his sh*t like no other.

all great answers . Am is great. 65-70% BMR. Better to do 4-5 days a week for perhaps 30-45min.(moderate level) than 3 days for 60min. high cardio level, you run the risk of losing muscell like that. In the morning your very much catabolic state so you are tapping fat stores for energy. These are only generall guidelines depending on ones goals. good luck.
