cardio/steriods?
hey guys
im on the end of a 10 week test enath cycle
im on week 9, i was thinking about adding cardio to my routine to lose some fat, is it ok if I do cardio for 30 mins, 3 times a week, when I just get up, like before I eat anything, will I lose fat the best this way?

SV-1, 45mins 65-75% of ur max hr throughout? is that not quite a lot
a lot of people seem to do 15-30 mins HIIT style and achieve good results
45mins would burn muscle?

all great answers . Am is great. 65-70% BMR. Better to do 4-5 days a week for perhaps 30-45min.(moderate level) than 3 days for 60min. high cardio level, you run the risk of losing muscell like that. In the morning your very much catabolic state so you are tapping fat stores for energy. These are only generall guidelines depending on ones goals. good luck.
