The taste is not the worst thing I've ever experienced but I dont feel like drinking that stuff everyday. Is it ok to mix it juice?
When I drank it I washed it down with a protein drink.... could I just mix it in with it?
It seems like it would dilute it by mixing it with stuff?
Yeah you can mix it. Grapefruit juice would be best. It helps with absorbtion. Grapefruit only. Not OJ, Grape, Fruit, Apple, etc.
mixing it is fine, i mix my liquids with pineapple juice. it will dilute it, but as long as you get all of it down, it is going to be the same amount than if you were drinking it alone.

I can't stand the taste of Grapefruit juice so I use water to dilute it, however with Splenda it may be a little more palatable so I think I may run out and get some too.
Just Buy some gel caps and put it in there, cant taste a thing.
