Cardio and Starving?
Hey bros I just started doing cardio (going into my second week) During my cycle and have had an enormous appetite. Why is this? I will eat then maybe 30 min later i am starving! I feel great and i def feel and see a difference in my body. So it can only be good.

yea i am on Test E and Eq. I am in my 13th week of a 16 week cycle.

Haven't tried eq yet, but hear that around week 12 or so is when you start feeling the hunger kick in.

well i keep my simple carbs low and i eat lots of protein and try to keep my dietary fiber high too. Before this week i wasnt able to eat a lot but now i feel like an animal, pounding down food like no ones business!

basically i just eat chicken, steak, baked potato, low carb spaghetti, mozzarella cheese, protein shakes and bars, salads with tomatoes, brocolli. thats basically it

That's eq for ya. Hunger out the ass. But unfortunately it gives ME anxiety out the ass too...
