This is my first time using Suspension so I'm not quite sure whats the best way to run it, I've heard that the gains a hard to keep so i'm switching to Prop after 5 weeks to try and compensate for this.
This is what I have planned:-
Weeks
1-5 Test Susp 50mg ED
1-5 D-Bol 40mg ED
5-11 Deca 300mg/w
6-14 Test Prop 100mg EOD
1-14 Nolva 10mg ED
15 Start PCT

I remember coldstone front loading a cycle of suspension, enth I think and winny. He front loaded with suspension at 100 mg ED for wks.1-4, and was also taking 500mg??? test enth or cyp EW. You could not use the dbol since you're using the suspension to front load the cycle. 350mg test EW isn't enough IMO, but would produce good results with a first time cycler. Also, taking the prop for the last 4 wks will help you keep the strength and mass gains comming as you near the end of your cycle. I bumped up the deca to 400mg EW because I persoonally feel that 300mg is not enough of deca, IMO. The decanoate ester is very heavy. 100mg of deca will give you 64mg of nandrolone after the decanoate ester has been metabolized. Hope this helps.

you might just want to consider not using suspension at all because you have dbol which will jump start your cycle enough.. your cycle migh tbe over kill dpending on your exeprince.
