    Arrow test e and eatting

    hi many people say when your on the test E you dont see results after 4 weeks. does that mean i dont have to start eatting lots of protien and food maybe till week 3 of my cycle???? maybe? thanks

    after 4 weeks, well umm test e takes a while to kick in , from what ive read most people get the gains after 4 wks

    im on test e atm

    whether your on a cycle or not you should be eating correctly if your lifting.. high proten and the right amounts of fat and carbs for your goals..

    and your statement is wrong "you don't see results after 4 weeks" it should be "you don't see results until 4 weeks"....

    post your cycle, I have a feeling its in a sad state of affairs...

    bro at 4 weeks the enthate will be at full swing. I can promise you will feel good pumps 2 weeks in. I know I did.

    You have to eat from the first day of your cycle. Test e usually kicks at 3-4 weeks. You will feel it.

    I'd save creatine for PCT cuz youll already have a ****load of water retention if youre eating right.

    You should increase your food and protein intake immediately or else the steroid will start robbing your immune system searching for spare protein, then you start getting endless colds. There are a lot of people on here that complain about test flu or onset of cold like simptoms when starting steroids and this is primarily caused from inadequate amount of full balanced protein. Vegetarians on steroids are particularly prone to test flu, but also many inexperienced teenagers trying steroids really do not comprehend how much your body's requirement for protein, calaries and vitamens increases when taking anabolic steroids. This is why so many vets on this board recommend dudes wishing to do steroids, have a minimal requirement on how many year's experience in body building. Its all too common for dudes in their first 2 to 3 years of body building to grossly under eat. The steroids do NOTHING for you if you dont take in adequate amounts of nutrients to fuel the growth you desire.
